The Young-Davidson operation, part of Alamos Gold Inc., is looking for an experienced Loader Operator. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of underground mining experience, with skills in development round loading and safety compliance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate the McLean Amex loader in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain ground support and services

• Ensure safety during all loading rounds

• Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment

• Lead and motivate the mine crew as needed

• Complete assigned mining tasks with diligence

Requirements:

• Accreditation for common core and specialty training

• Minimum of 3 years experience in underground mining

• Strong safety and operational focus

• Proficient in development round loading techniques

• Knowledge of installation methods for ground support
