This Role Is NOT For You If

You wait to be told what to do
You avoid responsibility when problems show up
You’re not comfortable using apps or tracking your work
You’ve never led a crew before

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Running a crew of 2–4 installers on-site

Staying hands‑on with carpentry work

Keeping projects on track, clean, and organized

Solving problems fast, without slowing the job

Using internal system to track tasks and progress

Communicating clearly with field and office

What You MUST Have

Minimum 15 years carpentry experience
Proven experience leading a team
Strong technical ability in framing and finishing
Ability to plan your day and stay ahead of the job
Reliability and accountability
