We’re not looking for another carpenter. We’re looking for someone who can run a job, lead a crew, and still work with their hands.
If you need constant direction, this role will frustrate you. If you take ownership and keep things moving without being told, you’ll fit right in.
This Role Is NOT For You If- You wait to be told what to do
- You avoid responsibility when problems show up
- You’re not comfortable using apps or tracking your work
- You’ve never led a crew before
- Minimum 15 years carpentry experience
- Proven experience leading a team
- Strong technical ability in framing and finishing
- Ability to plan your day and stay ahead of the job
- Reliability and accountability
- Structured company with clear systems
- Consistent pipeline of work
- Opportunity to grow into leadership roles
- A team that values ownership
Pay:
Based on experience and leadership level.
