As a technician, you will diagnose problems and implement repairs on material handling equipment, including yard tractors and heavy-duty forklifts. Candidates should have 3-5 years of previous experience and a relevant diploma or trade certification. Strong problem-solving and communication skills will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and service heavy-duty material handling equipment

• Conduct preventative maintenance at designated intervals

• Apply diagnostic tools for effective troubleshooting

• Maintain a clean and organized work area for customers

• Document all work performed diligently

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive or heavy equipment mechanics

• Valid driver’s license is essential

• Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Proficiency in using diagnostic and hand tools

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various environments
