Position: Low Voltage Technician for Security Systems

Be a part of our team as a Low Voltage Technician specializing in security systems for homes and businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time position demands technical expertise and customer service skills for effective installations.

In this role, you will install and maintain a variety of low-voltage systems, from CCTV cameras to alarm systems. A minimum of one-year experience is essential, along with the ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Your hands-on approach will ensure that installations meet clients' expectations while following safety standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure security systems including CCTV and access controls

• Troubleshoot client system issues efficiently

• Run and terminate low voltage cabling systems

• Test and verify system functionality

• Document installs and service calls accurately

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in low-voltage installations

• Familiarity with low voltage tools and cabling

• Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift and work on ladders

• Pass a standard background check
