Location: Northwest Newfoundland/Eastern Labrador (Mary's Harbour)

Join a hands-on role as a Concrete Finisher, working on-site with a skilled team. Utilize your expertise in concrete application and surface finishing under specified guidelines.

This position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and a secondary education certificate. You will check formwork, direct concrete placement, and operate tools to achieve precise finishes. Your work is vital in restoring and waterproofing surfaces, and you’ll need to demonstrate proficiency at heights and with various fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check formwork and reinforcement materials before concrete pour

• Direct proper placement of concrete according to specifications

• Level and finish surfaces with power and hand tools

• Install various fixtures like anchor bolts and door sills

• Repair worn or damaged concrete structures effectively

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of concrete finishing experience

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Willingness to work physically on-site

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications

• Experience working at heights on scaffolding
