As an experienced Auto Body Technician, you will perform both structural and non-structural repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to optimal condition.

Your role involves vehicle disassembly, reassembly, and consistently applying the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to meet the shop’s performance goals. With a focus on high-quality work, you’ll leverage your skills and ongoing training to excel in this competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle body panel repairs

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles efficiently

• Repair or replace interior and exterior components

• Use frame equipment for structural assessments

• Continuously pursue learning opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience

• Welding skills in MIG and TIG methods

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Completion of Auto Body Repair Program

• Valid driver’s license and personal toolbox
