NACG is actively seeking experienced Finish Excavator Operators to join our remote mining team. With a minimum of 3–5 years of excavator experience and a focus on safety protocols, you will operate various excavators at multi-site locations like Kearl and Fort Hills. This position offers a stable wage plus overtime and night shift premiums, with accommodations and transportation covered by NACG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various models of excavators effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and standards

• Conduct equipment and area inspections regularly

• Report repairs and incidents to supervisors promptly

• Follow safe work plans and hazard assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of excavator operating experience

• One year mining atmosphere experience preferred

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Knowledge of safety certifications (CSO or BSO)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
