Position: Enercare HVAC Technician Opportunity
Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Join Enercare as an HVAC Technician in Newmarket, where you'll diagnose and repair home service equipment. This role demands high customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Reporting to the Field Manager, the HVAC Technician will work within the Home Services Operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards in diagnostics and repairs while promoting Enercare products. Your technical skills will be crucial in assuring customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction

• Conduct diagnostics and repairs effectively

• Provide customers with equipment repair or replacement options

• Advocate for Enercare products and services

• Keep tools, vehicle, and equipment in safe working order

Requirements:

• Gas Fitter 1 or 2 license obligatory

• At least 5 years of HVAC field experience required

• 313D Air Conditioning license mandatory

• CFC Permit for ozone depletion needed

• Maintain a clean driver's license and record
