Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

As a prominent mechanical contractor, MSB Mechanical is on the lookout for an HVAC Technician-Union. You will manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in complex environments, including data centres. Bring your attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings

• Supervise service activities for mission-critical projects

• Maintain and inspect RTUs, AHUs, and cooling systems

• Provide maintenance quotes and recommendations to clients

• Document service work via electronic reporting systems

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence and G1 Gas Technician Licence

• 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Licence required

• At least 3 years servicing commercial HVAC equipment

• Experience with hydronic systems and commercial boilers

• Knowledge of digital service tools and applications
