Position: Part Time Maintenance Technician Role

Become the backbone of our guest experience as a Part Time Maintenance Technician. You’ll ensure everything runs perfectly at our hotel while performing diverse maintenance tasks every shift.
We seek a motivated Maintenance Technician passionate about hands-on work and problem-solving. This role involves general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and minor carpentry. You'll proactively tackle repairs and conduct preventative maintenance to keep our property in top shape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems

• Execute minor carpentry and painting tasks

• Conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent issues

• Inspect property and report potential problems

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

• Knowledge of building maintenance essentials

• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems

• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends
