Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs

• Engage in Service EDUCATE training programs

• Document maintenance and repair issues accurately

• Support customer clinics and promote service packages

• Maintain proper inventory of seasonal parts in vehicles

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant repair experience

• Excellent mechanical diagnostic skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy weights

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

• Familiarity with computer and diagnostic tools
