Journeyman Instrumentation Technician at PTW

PTW is seeking a Journeyman Instrumentation Technician in Peace River to enhance safety and quality in services. Leverage your skills in industrial systems to drive client satisfaction.

As a Journeyman Instrumentation Technician, your primary mission will be to install and calibrate instrumentation systems. You will ensure accurate and detailed work while meeting high safety and customer satisfaction standards. Effective collaboration with operations and engineering teams is vital as you coordinate tasks and report on equipment conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and calibration of process control instrumentation

• Support power generation and maintain industrial equipment

• Interpret P&IDs, schematics, and control system documents

• Communicate equipment condition and job status effectively

• Comply with health and safety standards throughout tasks

Requirements:

• Certification as a Journeyman Instrumentation Technician required

• Knowledge of electrical principles and instrumentation systems

• Valid certifications: H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and First Aid

• Experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs and DCS systems

• Must have a valid driver's license and flexible availability
