Take on the role of Handyman at Pineridge Townhouses in Balmertown. Earn $24.00/hr while performing essential maintenance tasks and enjoying flexible work hours starting September 5, 2026.

Pineridge Townhouses is seeking a reliable Handyman or Woman for a seasonal full-time position. Your responsibilities will include minor repairs, maintenance of systems, and supervising staff on-site. A secondary school diploma and some maintenance experience are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wax hallways and stairs

• Execute minor repairs on plumbing and electrical systems

• Coordinate efforts with contractors for larger tasks

• Move furniture and heavy supplies as needed

• Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning snow and ice

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 7 months to less than a year in related experience

• Comfortable lifting heavy objects over 45 kg

• Dependable, flexible, and excellent communication skills

• Candidates must be Canadian citizens or residents
