We seek an Expert Appliance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain appliances in our residential properties.

In this position, you will address appliance repair requests and perform routine maintenance on essential devices like refrigerators and stoves. Your proactive inspections and repairs will keep appliances in optimal condition, directly impacting our residents’ quality of life and satisfaction in both occupied and vacant units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose appliances to determine repair needs
