This full-time position offers morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with overtime potential. Ideal candidates have at least one year of construction equipment operation experience. You will support drivers and mechanics, ensuring equipment is ready for rental and up to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist with loading and unloading of rental equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals

Requirements:

• At least one year of construction experience preferred

• Valid Driver's License required

• Ability to climb in and out of equipment

• Focus on safety and teamwork
