Position: 433A Millwright
Location: Arthur

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Licensed 433A Millwright for a well-established industrial facility in Arthur, Ontario, specializing in environmental and production operations.

This is a hands-on maintenance role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining plant equipment in a clean, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment.

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and packaging systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Use welding and fabrication equipment when required
  • Replace defective parts using hand and power tools
  • Install and maintain plant equipment and machinery
  • Prioritize maintenance repairs to minimize downtime
  • Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate preventative maintenance documentation

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid 433A Millwright License
  • 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and preventative maintenance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid G Class Driver’s License
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding work
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying industrial and weather conditions
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
