Become a vital part of Battlefield Equipment Rentals as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Gormley, ON. In this full-time role, you’ll focus on equipment repair, service, and exceptional customer engagement.

As a member of the Battlefield team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing construction equipment on-site. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong mechanical background, whether you’re an experienced mechanic or a 3rd/4th year apprentice. Collaborating with your team, you will ensure the equipment meets safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust, repair, and test faulty equipment

• Inspect machines to ensure compliance with safety standards

• Maintain and lubricate construction machinery regularly

• Order necessary parts for repairs efficiently

• Document service reports and maintain records

Requirements:

• Mechanical experience or apprenticeship in heavy equipment

• Valid G Class driver’s license is required

• Excellent customer interaction skills

• Proficient in using computer systems

• Physically fit to handle heavy lifting tasks
