Agricultural Equipment Technician

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our service team. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain modern agricultural machinery while ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on agricultural equipment
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on tractors, combines, and farm machinery
  • Service engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electronic control systems
  • Troubleshoot engine performance, fuel systems, and electrical components
  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service inspections
  • Conduct equipment overhauls, rebuilds, and component replacements
  • Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records

    • Requirements

  • Experience as an Agricultural Technician, Farm Equipment Technician, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
  • Experience working on tractors, combines, and agricultural machinery
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment and read technical service manuals
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own professional tools required

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Agricultural Technician Red Seal certification
  • Experience with major agricultural brands such as Case IH, John Deere, New Holland, or Kubota
  • Previous dealership or agricultural equipment service center experience
