Position: Cavendish Farms Seasonal Forklift Role
Location: Chapman Settlement

Become a Seasonal Forklift Operator at Cavendish Farms, where your skills will be utilized for 3-4 weeks with 10-14 hours of work daily. Mid-September marks your expected start date.

This position asks for reliable forklift operation amidst farm activities, together with machinery inspections and maintenance. You’ll contribute to a sustainable work environment while enjoying the potential for performance-based bonuses of up to $2.5 per hour. Ensure safety and orderliness as you work in a fast-paced environment at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the forklift efficiently and safely

• Regularly inspect and maintain machinery

• Navigate tight quarters while moving pallets

• Comply with safety and environmental regulations

• Maintain a clean and safe facility environment

Requirements:

• Proven ability to operate forklifts safely

• Forklift license is advantageous

• Capable of lifting 50 pounds or more

• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and extended hours

• Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined
