Join Callaway Golf as a Performance Fitter where your passion for golf meets customer engagement. You'll conduct fittings and enhance the consumer experience at local events during the golf season.

This seasonal role entails facilitating product demos, educating consumers on the features of Callaway and Odyssey products, and ensuring a professional presentation at fitting events. You will take charge of setting up and breaking down displays while ensuring product inventory aligns with company protocols, creating a streamlined and efficient process for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging fitting days to enhance consumer satisfaction

• Assemble and disassemble promotional equipment at events

• Communicate product specifications effectively to customers

• Apply fitting protocols and tools to meet customer needs

• Share insights with sales representatives post-event

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• One year of experience in retail or golf preferred

• Understanding of golf products and fitting processes beneficial

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

• Capability to lift heavy equipment when necessary
