Become a Hydrovac Operator at Chemco in Lac Du Bonnet, Pinawa, or Whitemouth. This full-time seasonal role focuses on the installation of underground fibre optic systems across residential areas.
Join Chemco, a progressive Western Canadian general contractor, to enhance your career as a Hydrovac Operator. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, safety adherence, and the ability to work in teams or independently. Responsibilities include the safe operation of Hydrovac equipment and compliance with all relevant policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely drive and operate Hydrovac vehicles
• Assist in fibre optic installation projects
• Ensure maintenance of tools and equipment
• Abide by safety and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with coworkers
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 3 driver's license required
• 2 years' experience with Hydrovac operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Valid CSTS / WHMIS and Ground Disturbance Level 2 certifications
