As a Mining Equipment Mechanic at EVR, you will maintain and repair mobile off-road mining equipment, including leading brands such as Komatsu and Volvo. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and executing major repairs, ensuring optimal performance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance across the mining fleet

• Diagnose issues with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Repair major equipment failures in a timely manner

• Work independently and as part of a dedicated team

• Set up and manage maintenance reporting systems

Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification

• Preferred experience in the mining or construction sector

• Understanding of diesel engine operations

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

• Must be willing to relocate or commute to Elk Valley
