Are you a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright who enjoys solving complex problems in the field and takes pride in keeping critical mining equipment operating at peak performance? We're looking for a safety-focused, self-motivated professional to join our Field Service team. In this role, you'll work directly at customer sites, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems while building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Reports to: General Supervisor, Field Service
Shift: 7x7, rotation of days/nights
Allowances: Additional allowances may be associated with this position due to location
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel:up to 25% within Canada and the USA
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

• Maintenance, repair, service and inspection of the mining equipment
• Able to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Adjust, repair or replace all defective equipment parts, components or systems serviced at customer sites
• Test the repaired equipment for proper performance
• Experience using Micrometers to measure tight tolerances
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Participate in the work of other mechanics and apprentices within the shop and field environment
