- Elkford, BC  Elk Valley Resources is seeking Haul Truck / Mine Equipment Operators to join their team at Elk Valley operations in British Columbia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest mobile mining equipment in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Need   High School Diploma, GED, or five years related work experience
Valid class 5 driver’s license or equivalent, without learner’s restrictions
Ability to stay focused during long hours and adverse weather conditions
Ability to climb ladders/steps (up to ~3 m), sit for extended periods, perform frequent 3-point contact, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
Strong commitment to personal and team safety
What Will Make You Stand Out   Experience operating heavy or agricultural machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer, loader, tractor, combine)
Experience in industrial, construction, farming, forestry, or other production-driven settings
Experience using two-way radio communication and following structured procedures
Basic computer literacy
