This position entails operating and maintaining crucial mining equipment under the supervision of the Mine Operations Supervisor.

Your role focuses on maximizing productivity and adhering to the highest safety standards, ensuring effective operation across various mining activities, while fostering teamwork and collaboration on the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned mining equipment to high standards of safety.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventive maintenance checks.

• Load and operate equipment in operationally safe environments.

• Identify operational risks and communicate issues promptly.

• Use Mine Star GPS technology to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 6 months of heavy equipment operation experience.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Maintenance experience is a plus.

• Heavy equipment operator training is advantageous.
