This role requires a dedicated technician to tackle various repair and maintenance tasks across our non-profit setting. With at least two years of experience, you'll be responsible for completing service requests and ensuring high-quality work. Your ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively will be key in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance requests to high standards

• Obtain approvals and document completed work

• Purchase necessary equipment for tasks

• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned

• Assist in coordinating special projects

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Understand basic maintenance procedures

• Effective communication skills are essential

• Valid driver's license needed
