As a Maintenance Technician with Anthem, you'll perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs while ensuring all areas meet safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle minor repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of walkways

• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas

• Assist in building supply inventory management

• Respond promptly to tenant service requests

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

• Proven maintenance experience, particularly in retail properties

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Valid BC Driver’s License and clean driving record

• Physically capable of lifting 50lbs and navigating heights
