Location: Northeastern Alberta (Fort Chipewyan)
Become a Journeyperson Pipefitter with Ledcor, supporting shutdowns in Alberta's industrial sector. Engage in critical maintenance and repairs while maintaining high safety standards.
Ledcor seeks registered Journeyperson Pipe fitters for major shutdowns. In this role, you will execute piping scopes, from repairs to tie-ins, in demanding environments. The focus is on precision work during shutdowns, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance and repair activities on piping systems
• Perform line breaks, flange management, and valve work
• Read and interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs
• Adapt to changing priorities and meet tight schedules
• Participate in safety programs and toolbox talks
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Pipefitter certification required
• Experience in oil, gas or heavy industries
• Ability to read isometric drawings
• Willing to work extended shifts and overtime
• Strong focus on safety and compliance
