CNG Compression Technician at Certarus

Location: Wembley

Join Certarus as a Compression Technician specializing in low carbon energy solutions. This Alberta-based role involves preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of CNG compression assets across various sites.

In this position, you'll play a critical role in the maintenance and commissioning of Certarus’ CNG compression equipment. You should have 3-5 years of field service experience. Key responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, managing spare parts inventory, and creating maintenance reports using CMMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNG equipment

• Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct inspections

• Manage inventory of spare parts and materials

• Prepare mechanical maintenance reports for CMMS

• Maintain high equipment housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in field service for compressors

• Training in Natural Gas Compression is beneficial

• Knowledge of Waukesha VGF and Ariel systems preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS 365 and computer programs
