Tax Manager

The Tax Manager will lead the planning, preparation, and review of individual and business tax returns while serving as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategy and compliance matters. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, supervising and mentoring staff, and collaborating with partners on client service initiatives and firm growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in staff development, workflow management, and the continued success of the firm.

• Active CPA license and 6+ years of public accounting experience
• 2+ years of experience reviewing individual and business tax returns; strong technical knowledge
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing staff
