Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. (10–11 hour shifts)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a high-energy, people-focused Bilingual Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced seasonal environment. This role serves as the front line of communication for visitors, employees, and applicants while providing essential administrative and office support. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working flexible hours in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet incoming visitors and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Perform general office support including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support training of new seasonal employees
  • Assist the purchasing department with inventory and related functions
  • Maintain a professional and organized front office environment
  • Communicate effectively with employees across departments
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and processes
  • Work quickly, accurately, and independently
  • Available to come in early, stay late, and work weekends as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required – reading, writing, and speaking)
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 2 years of relevant office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal production environment
