Administrative Assistant IV (Associate Principal's Administrative Assistant)

Starting Date: Aug 10, 2026

Job Description: Canby School District serves 4,100 students across nine schools. We are seeking a committed Associate Principal's Administrative Assistant for Canby High School. This is a full-time, permanent, 205-day position.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Associate's degree or higher (Preferred)
  • One to two years of experience providing administrative support, managing a fast-paced office, or working independently to balance multiple priorities (an Associate's degree in business management or a related field may substitute for up to two years of experience)

Bilingualism: English and Spanish strongly preferred. Candidates who meet bilingual requirements will be placed at a higher level on the salary schedule.
