Job Overview
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13‑week contract in Canby, Oregon. The position involves 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy support to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement therapy plans and document patient progress.
Qualifications- Active Oregon COTA license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- State license or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Weekly gross pay: $1,930.00
