What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and systems

Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow Inspect machinery and identify opportunities for reliability and safety improvements

Fabricate, assemble, and install components using appropriate tools and techniques

Follow safety procedures and document maintenance activities accurately

What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in an industrial setting

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors

Proven commitment to safety practices and hazard recognition

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions

Effective teamwork and communication skills with a proactive problem solving approach

Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
