Maintenance Mechanic

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and systems

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow

+ Inspect machinery and identify opportunities for reliability and safety improvements

+ Fabricate, assemble, and install components using appropriate tools and techniques

+ Follow safety procedures and document maintenance activities accurately

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Demonstrated ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in an industrial setting

+ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors

+ Proven commitment to safety practices and hazard recognition

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions

+ Effective teamwork and communication skills with a proactive problem solving approach

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

+ Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
