Position: Forklift Operator / Material Handler
Forklift Operator / Skilled Material Handler - Swing Shift Canby, OR | Full-Time | Union Position Earn up to $27.22/hour within your first year, plus bonuses, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.

Pay Progression including wage progression and shift differential:• $21.50/hour starting rate• $23.02/hour after 90 days• $23.67/hour following the February 2027 contract increase• $25.22/hour after 1 year Skilled material handlers receive $1.00 premium at 6 months and $2.00 premium at 12 months

Schedule:

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday, must be available to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.

What You'll Do:
• Operate sit-down forklift in the assembly department
• Move and stage materials for production lines
• Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification
