This position follows aThursday - Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM Day shift schedule.
You’ll work full-time hours in just 3 days, giving you 4 consecutive days off each week to recharge, focus on personal priorities, or simply enjoy more balance.

Position Summary
The Assembler 3 performs advanced printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, box-build assembly, soldering, rework, inspection, and process-support activities. This position also serves as a skilled resource for Assembler 1 and Assembler 2 team members by demonstrating proper techniques, sharing knowledge, and supporting the team’s quality, safety, efficiency, and 6S standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform manual assembly operations, including component insertion, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering, rework, and other electronic assembly processes.
Build products as directed by the Team Leader or Supervisor while following engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Mentor and support Assembler 1 and Assembler 2 team members by demonstrating proper techniques, answering questions, and helping others develop their skills.
Share technical knowledge and process expertise in a clear, patient, and approachable manner.
Provide responsive and professional support when team members need assistance with training, questions, or production needs.
Communicate process concerns, quality risks, training gaps, and improvement opportunities to the Team Leader, Supervisor, and appropriate support teams.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving related to assembly, soldering, workmanship, materials, documentation, and process flow.
Inspect completed assemblies and subassemblies to verify compliance with workmanship standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including production counts, inspection results, inventory transactions, and deviations from standard procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing activities by supporting change and identifying opportunities to improve quality, processes, and efficiency.
Follow 6S practices and all safety requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Participate actively in team activities as a positive, dependable, and collaborative team member.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree and a minimum of two years of applicable experience, or a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of applicable experience.
Relevant experience must include electronics manufacturing, electronic assembly, soldering, rework, quality inspection, troubleshooting, or a closely related high-tech manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform soldering, electronic assembly, and rework to IPC Class 3 workmanship requirements.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and support less-experienced team members in a patient, professional, and approachable manner.
