Provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through direct and telehealth interactions. Manage care coordination using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Deliver direct patient care in the ambulatory Clinic RN role.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary services.
• Provide teaching and counseling on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Utilize telehealth and electronic encounters to support patients.
• Document care and maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing).
• Valid RN license in the applicable state, with Vendor Managed license on hire.
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association upon hire.

• Competitive base pay ranging from $41.37 to $64.23 per hour.
