Roofing Specialist

Position: Roofing Specialist 3
Job Summary:
The Roofing Specialist at Boss Exteriors is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This is a skilled labor job that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work s is a full-time, hourly position based in Canby, Oregon.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
- Measure and cut materials to fit the roof's dimensions
- Remove old or damaged roofing materials and prepare the roof for new installation
- Use roofing tools and equipment, such as hammers, saws, and nail guns
- Assist with loading and unloading roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for damage and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in roofing or construction

- Experience with various roofing systems preferred
- Able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
