Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (occasional overtime)

This is a temp-to-hire position.

Our client in Canby is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker / Shipping Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for accurately pulling and packing orders, preparing small package shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, forklift skills, and familiarity with small parcel shipping systems such as UPS or Fed Ex platforms.

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately using an RF scan gun
• Pack and prepare small package shipments for UPS and Fed Ex
• Process shipments using World Ship or UPS Ship Online
• Read and follow work instructions and shipping documentation
• Operate a forklift safely to move materials and inventory
• Assist with LTL shipments as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience operating a forklift required
• Experience with UPS, Fed Ex, or small package shipping is preferred
• Familiarity with World Ship or UPS Ship Online highly preferred
• LTL shipping experience a plus
