American Atlantic LLC – Girard, Ohio

In-Office Position | Part-Time+ 20- 30 hours per week

American Atlantic LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator / Marketing & Client Services Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple affiliated businesses, educational programs, and client services.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organization, helping people, and supporting a growing office where no two days are the same. We welcome experienced administrative professionals looking for a meaningful role with diverse responsibilities.

Work Schedule

Tuesday & Thursday:

  • Seminar/Class Days: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Friday:
Off

Please note:
Evening availability on Tuesday and Thursday is required to support seminars, workshops, educational events, and certification classes.

About the Role

This position supports multiple business functions, including client services, educational seminars, office administration, and community-based programs such as First Aid/CPR certification classes, retirement education workshops, and professional client support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Ensure documents and client files are accurate, complete, and easily accessible
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
  • Support educational seminars, workshops, and certification classes (printing materials, attendee coordination, setup, and follow-up)
  • Assist with office operations across multiple affiliated companies and business functions
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and changing office priorities
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service with clients and visitors

Marketing & Creative Support (Preferred Experience)

Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and marketing materials is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting with:

  • Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations for seminars and educational events
  • Using Canva to update flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and marketing materials
  • Assisting with the development and organization of company magazines, newsletters, workbooks, and printed seminar materials
  • Coordinating printing and preparing educational materials for events

Graphic design experience is not required, but strong formatting skills and attention to detail are important.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration, executive support, customer service, or a related role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and follow-through
  • Dependable attendance and professionalism
