Athletic Administrator Grades 7-12(240 Days)

Reports To:

High School Principal

Salary:
Based on Experience

Qualifications:

1. Preferred State of Ohio Secondary School Principal's Certificate

2. Preferred Master's degree in Administration

3. Valid driver's license

4. Successful high school teaching experience desired.

5. Coaching experience

6. Demonstrated management, human relations and instructional leadership skills.

7. Ability to work successfully in a management team configuration.

8. Thorough knowledge of the rules and by-laws of OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association), policies of the district's athletics, and associated conference.

9. Knowledge about the applications of technology to athletic administration in Poland Schools.

10. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Administers the high school interscholastic athletic program, works cooperatively with the principal in administering the overall operation of the school; implement and adhere to the policies adopted by the board of education.
