STUDENT SUCCESS AND WELLNESS COORDINATOR - 120 DAYS - STRUTHERS CITY SCHOOLS
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in school counseling, social work or related field
* Experience working with at-risk students
* Ability to help students and families acquire techniques, strategies and skills by offering supports for academic success
* Ability to connect the community with mental health resources
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well with diverse populations
* Ability to build relationships with students and families to increase attendance
* Knowledge of PBIS and the ability to ensure district alignment
* Experience preferred
* Must have clean & current BCI/FBI background checks
