POSITION / DUTIES:
Student Success & Behavioral Support Coordinator - Administrative Position

PURPOSE:

To support improved student attendance and to provide direct behavioral support to students in

grades K-12, to assist with daily student discipline through restorative practices for students in

grades K5, and to remove barriers that impact student learning and school success.

SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Ohio Administrative License.

Minimum of five (5) years successful experience in an elementary school setting.

Demonstrated experience with PBIS implementation and attendance intervention

systems.

Experience supporting student discipline and restorative practices preferred.

Demonstrated experience with student documentation, behavioral records, attendance

records, and intervention tracking systems.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Record of strong personal attendance and dependability.

A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment.
