Indirect Loan Funding Clerk

• Review all indirect loan packets received from dealers for completeness using established bank guidelines.
• Prepare and complete ACH transactions to fund dealers on reviewed loans.
• Provide professional and courteous service to existing and newly acquired dealerships, external loan clients and internal bank employees.
• Request missing loan documents from dealers and/or underwriters.
• Assist with setup of newly acquired dealerships.
• Maintain dealer account numbers and other dealership information in an organized manner.
• Assist the Loan Servicing department with obtaining outstanding titles from dealers.
• Keep up to date on all compliance requirements regarding indirect loan contracts and supporting documents.
• Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti‑Money Laundering procedures, and maintain compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance as an essential requirement of this position.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in banking or a financially related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service position.
• One (1) year of experience in loan operations (specifically indirect lending) preferred.
• Proven customer service skills, direct contact and via phone.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expected.
