Location:
Canfield, OHWhy this role Build precision parts in a job shop where quality outranks quantity.
Work with Haas and SMART (Fanuc controls) equipment in a clean, climate-controlled part of a small, supportive team that values craftsmanship and collaboration.
Your impact
Set up and operate 3–4 axis VMCs and horizontal machining centers.
Run 2-axis CNC lathes for turning operations.
Program at the control (G-code and conversational) to meet part requirements.
Perform manual machining on Bridgeport-style mills and manual lathes when needed.
Translate blueprints into accurate, efficient setups and toolpaths.
Continuously improve setups, processes, and productivity with the team.
Keep a tidy, safe, well-organized workstation.
What you need to succeed
Demonstrated CNC machining experience with strong G-code skills.
Proficiency operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
Manual machining experience, including vertical mills and horizontal machining centers.
Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Detail orientation, troubleshooting ability, and teamwork.
Technical training/certification a plus.

Our components and systems are installed across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific. We’re a family-oriented team with a predictable schedule—40 hours, Monday–Friday—and overtime is never mandatory. We are the Extrusion Machinery Specialists.
