CKC Homeworks (Seamless Gutters + Custom Closets) is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual to play a key role in expanding our community presence and strengthening our brand.

This is a structured, part-time position combining event marketing, community outreach, lead generation, and light marketing operations. You will serve as a visible representative of the CKC Homeworks brand at home shows, in neighborhoods, and through customer follow-up.

This role is ideal for a marketing or business student seeking real world experience and long term growth potential.

• Represent CKC Homeworks at home shows and community events
• Engage homeowners professionally
• Generate scheduled consultations
• Confidently represent both our Gutter and Closet divisions

• Answer overflow calls and schedule appointments
• Schedule social media posts
• Write thank-you cards after completed projects
• Manage referral program gift cards
• Follow up with customers and request online reviews

Travel within our service area (Canfield, Youngstown region, Butler PA, and surrounding areas) is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved travel.

• 15–25 hours per week (average 20–22 hours)
• Workload adjusted during event weeks to avoid overload

• $20 per hour base pay
• Performance bonuses for reviews and appointments generated.
• Additional commission on revenue you help produce.

Realistic earning potential: $28,000–$40,000+ annually (part-time) depending on performance.

• Outgoing and confident speaking with homeowners
• Professional and reliable
• Coachable and able to follow structured systems and scripts
• Organized, detail-oriented and takes ownership of accurate tracking and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently
• This role requires balancing strong people skills with disciplined execution.
• Someone who can execute once trained.
