** STNA Responsibilities:
*** Take and record vital signs.
* Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
* Care for the residents’ environment.
* Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
* Assist with eating and hydration.
* Observe residents’ skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
* Meet residents’ mental health and social service needs.
* Change linens on residents’ bed.
* Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.## Qualifications
** STNA

Qualifications:

*** Must be state tested, have recent nurse aide training completion certificate,
** or be willing to train.
*** Previous experience working in direct care services preferred.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
