Full‑time RN/LPN Positions (Day/Night)

Shifts are 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m.

We are seeking an outstanding RN/LPN to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cañon City, CO.

Pay and bonuses:

• RN Pay Rate $38–$44 based on experience
• LPN Pay Rate $30–$36 based on experience
• RN Sign‑on Bonus – $10,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment)
• LPN Sign‑on Bonus – $8,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment)

The RN/LPN Nurse provides support to the Director of Nursing and may take many of the responsibilities and tasks of the Director when they are not present. This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking to enter a leadership role or advance their career. The role blends clinical work with staff leadership, directing and managing caregivers, med techs, and other employees to meet resident needs and provide excellent care.

• Provide direction and leadership to care staff
• Train staff on medication administration and other care duties
• Practice according to philosophy, policies, procedures, and state standards
• Perform tasks outlined by the Director of Nursing when needed
• Coordinate with caregivers, med techs, and other employees to meet resident needs

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state
• Computer skills
